Product Description

The B45 LRDT (deep taper) is a standard Moto-Lita 9-bolt boss, available in polished or black finish.

Please Note: We cannot supply Land Rover or Jaguar Badges.

The B45 LRDT (deep taper) is suitable for the Land Rover Defender 2009 to the end of 2014.
(Some 2008 Defenders or defenders where the steering column has been changed may have a need for this deep taper boss.)
A B45 LR Deep Taper has a longer 14mm taper - if you have this longer 14mm taper this B45 LR DT is the boss you need

Also please be aware:

• The Land Rover Defender 1987 - 2008 CAUTION: Steering columns were interchangeable during these years. The Defender's steering column could have 36 splines ( which means that you will need to order a B34A ) or if you have 48 splines with a 9.6mm taper this 'B45 STD' boss is suitable. Also some Land Rover 2008 onwards OR Land Rover Defenders that have had the steering column changed to have the 14mm long taper (as below) may need this B45 LR deep taper boss.

Measuring your taper on the steering column:
A standard B45 for a Land Rover Defender has a taper of: 9.6mm, please follow this link: 'B45 STD' boss
A B45 LRDT has a longer taper of 14mm - if you have this longer 14mm taper you will need this B45 LR deep taper boss.
