Ordering on-line is easy, simply select the product you need and then choose from each selection the size and the style you require and then click the orange “Add to Trolley” button on the page. As long as all the green selections have been chosen the orange button will glow and become active. If you have not highlighted all the selections the orange “Add to Trolley” button will not glow and will not allow you to move forward with the order.
When you purchase a standard Moto-Lita steering wheel you will need a boss kit The steering wheel will arrive with the top ring and screw kit, the boss kit will arrive with either a cap or a horn button in ABS black plastic and the car badge will not be fitted but will be placed in the boss under the centre of choice. Or you can upgrade to a polished alloy centre of your choice. Please remember any item marked OEM will not fit the standard 9-bolt Moto-Lita wheels or bosses.
The Car Badge
When you order a recessed billet horn button or cap we can supply a car badge from the list below or you can select a 'plain' polished horn button or cap which does not have a recess for a badge. Alternatively, If we do not have your make of car badge you can supply your own badge and for a small fee we can recess the horn button to fit your badge, please email a photo and measurements of your badge to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to send you a quote.

For your convenience, a 'My Trolley' icon is shown in the upper right part of each page. When you have finished shopping click on the “My Trolley” button and you will proceed to the checkout page. If you need to tell us anything about your order please use the notes section when you are placing the order.
At the checkout page you can alter your order if you need to add or remove anything, change a size or alter a quantity. When you are happy, you can proceed and make payment. If you are in a country outside the UK, the VAT will automatically be deleted before you pay.
You can pay on-line using a credit card or a debit card and you must complete the payment form in full, providing all of the details and information required. Our online service is very secure as we use a bank portal which has all the security in place and no one sees the card details, and once payment is taken the card details are deleted.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown on the website to exclude VAT and underneath to include VAT at 20%. The VAT will be deleted just before payment when shipping to countries where Value Added Tax is NOT applicable.
When you are happy just click the “confirm your order” button to confirm your order.
When will I receive my order?
We will deal with your order and get your items to you as quickly as we can. We manufacture to order, the ordering times will appear on your receipt. Standard wheels are taking up to 10 weeks, special order wheels are taking approx. 12 weeks, bosses are taking 5-10 working days, and accessories 3 working days.
Small Items will be delivered by Royal Mail/Parcel Force or by each country's principal postal service provider. For larger items such as wheels, a courier i.e. DHL will be used to deliver your order. DHL will email your tracking number when the item is booked onto the van. Don't worry if you are not at home when they deliver as they leave a card and unless redirected by you they call back the next working day. We can deliver to your home or works address, but unfortunately we cannot direct DHL to leave the parcel in a safe place unattended on the premises.
We can accept orders by phone, email or online. We can even accept orders by post, but if you’d like to order this way please contact us to request an order form, complete it and send it with your payment to the address shown on the form. You are also welcome to place your order in person by visiting our premises on the edge of Thruxton Airport. Please telephone us on +44 (0) 1264 772 811 to arrange your visit, we’re open between 0900 and 1600 from Monday to Thursday and on Friday from 0900 to 1200. Please note: We will not have items to take away as we manufacture to order.
In the event that the Goods are damaged or are not as expected please notify Moto-Lita within 24 hours of delivery and return the Goods (at your own risk and expense) within seven days; We accept no responsibility for any accidental damage caused by you OR your carrier.
If the goods are to be sent back from outside the UK, please contact us by email email@example.com or phone: 01264 772811 for instructions on how to return your goods. If outside the UK customs will make a charge for duty. Please write on the original customs form and on the package "Returned to UK Manufacturer for repair" Then if you insure the value on the goods with the carrier BUT on the form and on the box you put NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. That will cover the goods and ensure that no duty is paid. If you do not do this YOU are liable for any duty claimed by HMRC.
The Goods must be unused and must be repackaged in the original packaging with the copy invoice. The Goods must be returned by Royal Mail if small and by carrier if large. We will refund the postage costs if inspection of the goods reveals that they are faulty. Replacement Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of the original Goods. In the event that We cannot offer you a replacement for faulty goods we will refund you the price paid for the Goods and your reasonable costs of returning the Goods.
